Everything in the unit
is provided for your comfort and convenience while you are staying in
the unit. Please familiarize yourself with all documentation in the unit, and the below rental unit rules.
Promptly report any problems you may encounter with the
rental unit to the office.

NO SMOKING, and NO PETS ALLOWED IN RENTAL UNITS.
A fee of $250 may be imposed for violation of this policy.

BEFORE CHECKING-OUT
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING THE CABIN TO A CLEAN CONDITION.
Unclean units may result in $75 cleaning fee to be deducted from deposit.
Each unit includes a vacuum or broom with dustpan, dish washing liquid, and a
trash can with bag. Additional trash bags are for sale at camp store.

Wash dishes, tableware, and pans. Wipe counters, table, chairs,
stove, and inside of refrigerator and oven. Shake rugs of dirt and sand and
sweep floors.
- Place all used linens in tub or shower. Do not put wet or
damp items on beds, furniture, or floor. Leave pillows, blankets, and
bedspreads on beds.
- REMOVE ALL FOOD AND TRASH. Trash
must be placed in a trash bag, tied, and disposed of in the dumpsters
at the exit of the park. Do not put trash or discarded items in the
fire ring.
- Do not turn off refrigerators or gas to stoves and water heaters. Set air conditioners to low.
- UNPLUG TOASTER AND COFFEE MAKER. Close windows, turn off fans, TV/VCR/DVD's and lights. Lock doors and return keys to the office.
RENTAL UNIT RULES
- Should light bulbs or batteries expire, please bring the used item to
the office for a no cost replacement.
- Do not allow minors to write graffiti anywhere in or on the rental unit. Removal of graffiti or cleanup an unnecessary discharge of the fire extinguisher will be charged an hourly labor and handling fee.
- Do not allow children to play
with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, or utensils outside or in the
sand.
- DO NOT USE COOKWARE ON CAMPFIRE.
- Do not place hot items directly on tables, counters, or
furniture, always use a hot pad.
- Pots and pans are for stove top use
only. Do not use pots and pans in microwave. Plastic storage containers with
lids are microwaveable. Lids have a pop-up tab for venting.
- Wipe up
cooking spills as soon as possible. To clean burnt on food from the
stove or pans use a damp paper towel and baking soda. Do not use
scouring powders or scrubbing pads that can scratch.
- Do not hang
towels or clothes on shower curtain rod -- use towel bars or hooks. Do
not use bath towels at beach, pool, or out of doors.
- PLACE SHEETS ON BEDS BEFORE USE.
Mattress pads are already on beds, except sofa beds. When needed, place
the waterproof sheet with the plastic side down before putting sheets
and bedding on beds.
- Review the procedures to open and close sofa
before using sofa as a bed. Also, place the mattress pad on mattress
before putting sheets and bedding on sofa bed.
- DO NOT USE BLANKETS, PILLOWS, TOWELS, LINENS, OUT OF DOORS.
- Do
not use towels or linens to wipe up spills or any thing that can cause
stains. There is a handling fee in addition to the cost of cleaning
when special cleaning techniques must be used to remove stains from
linens, bedding, rugs, carpets, or items made with or from fabric. The
replacement cost will also be charged when soil or stains can not be
completely removed and the item must be replaced.
